About Us

Nativa was born from the encounter of two feminists who grew up witnessing the digital world evolve — and felt the need to give it a new direction: to build technology with care, purpose, and in service of our struggles.

We believe that technology is neither neutral nor automatically liberating — but it holds enormous potential when approached collectively, with a critical lens and a feminist perspective. That’s why we accompany organizations, collectives, and social movements in strengthening their digital capacities in a safe, accessible, and strategic way — so that technology amplifies what truly matters: their mission, their people, and their impact.

For us, innovation is not about following technological trends — it’s about creating solutions that respond to the real and specific needs of each organization. We conduct a comprehensive analysis of your processes, positioning, and sustainability to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities. From a feminist and strategic perspective, we drive meaningful digital transformations that amplify your impact while caring for your journey.

As a feminist collective working as a technology consultancy, we seek to go beyond the traditional relationship with organizations and movements. We position ourselves as strategic allies, accompanying their digital transformation with commitment, respect, and active listening.

We are grounded in feminist technology, but we know that each project is unique. That’s why we build networks with professionals from diverse fields as needed, ensuring comprehensive, secure, and care-centered solutions.

Our strategy goes beyond offering digital solutions. At Nativa, we aim to build meaningful partnerships with organizations and movements, accompanying them comprehensively in their technological transformation. We work side by side to strengthen their processes, sustainability, and impact, using tools that adapt to their reality and vision.

We are part of a generation that grew up watching the world transform through technology. We witnessed the shift from floppy disks to the cloud, from fax machines to chats, from digital anonymity to social networks. We weren’t born “digital natives,” but we learned to navigate technology in our own way — with intuition, playfulness, and necessity.

We also witnessed major social changes: the rise and expansion of feminist movements, new forms of collective organizing, and the ongoing fight for rights and social justice. From that place, we chose to call ourselves Nativaas a way to reclaim and reappropriate the digital with purpose, awareness, and care.

Today, Nativa is a feminist collective that works as a technology consultancy. We believe in experimentation, in processes built step by step, in curiosity as a driving force, and in accompaniment as a political practice. It is the space where technology and social transformation meet, question each other, and grow stronger together.
